What is a publisher-only client?

• Publisher-only clients or publishing clients have signed a written agreement with Catholic News Service for reproduction rights in a specific publication.
  
  
• Publisher-only clients have Web access to the CNS Daily News Report. You will see a list of stories, which will be updated throughout the day. From the list, you will be able to click on the story's slugline to read the whole article. You will also be able to download stories to your system thru a download link.
  
  
• Publisher-only clients have access to both the CNS archives and Origins archives. Therefore, they have full-text searchability on both archives.

What is an information-only client?

• Information-only clients have Web access to the CNS Daily News Report. You will see a list of stories, which will be updated throughout the day. From the list, you will be able to click on the story's slugline to read the whole article.
  
  
• Information-only clients do not have access to the CNS archives. Therefore, they do not have the capability of full-text searching.
  
  
• Information-only clients do not have reproduction rights. Articles cannot be used in any Web page, parish bulletin, etc.
